Department of Health and Human Services. Employee who works Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year’s Day (a) Notwithstanding clause 46.1, an Employee in the Department of Health and Human Services, other than a casual Employee, who works on Christmas Day and/or Boxing Day and/or New Year’s Day shall be: (i) paid at the appropriate holiday rate; and (ii) if such an Employee also works on the substituted day or days, he or she shall be paid at the ordinary time rate on this day or these days.
