The department agrees to furnish the Union with a written copy of proposed departmental personnel policies or proposed revisions to existing policies, which affect wages, hours and working conditions within the scope of representation. If the Union does not respond in writing within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of the notification, the Union shall waive its right to meet and confer on the proposed policy. City Changes
