Common use of DEPARTMENTAL MEETINGS Clause in Contracts

DEPARTMENTAL MEETINGS. Departmental Executives will implement the following policy: 1. The BMA may request, monthly, that a meeting be scheduled between the Management Representative or Executive Officer of the BMA and the Department Executive to discuss items of mutual interest. At the option of the BMA, the President of the BMA may be present at such meetings. The Department Executive shall make every effort to comply with this request. 2. Department Executives are encouraged to consult with employee representatives on departmental problems, future actions, and related matters. 3. In addition to the monthly meeting, Department Executives are encouraged to meet with department representatives when it would be to everyone's advantage to meet immediately.
