Common use of Departmental Safety Committee Clause in Contracts

Departmental Safety Committee. A Departmental Safety Committee shall be established in each County Department, which shall include Departmental Safety Officers and Safety Stewards. The Unions and the department shall mutually agree on the number of representatives to the Departmental Safety Committee. Composition of the Committee shall be subject to review and approval of the County-wide Safety Committee.
