Departmental Transfers and Recalls. (1) A reduction of forces within the department shall be accomplished by transferring employees in their inverse order of plant seniority within the department. Whenever employees are to be transferred as a result of a reduction in forces, the employee concerned and the Union President will be notified individually as soon as possible.
