DEPENDENT CHILD CARE. 1. The College shall grant, upon request, a one-year dependent childcare leave without pay to faculty members. The College may renew such leave annually. The College agrees to give the faculty members granted such leave the first opportunity to fill the same or a comparable position to that held before going on leave.
