Deposit and Cancellations. At the time of booking, a $1000 nonrefundable deposit is required. That amount will be deducted from the total amount owed following the event. If the event is canceled between 31 and 60 days prior to the event, in addition to forfeiture of the deposit, there will be a cancellation fee of 5% of the total cost of the event.

Deposit and Cancellations. There is a 2 days worth ($170) deposit for overnights and 50% of service price for day long sitting or one visit’s worth for dog walks, due at the time of booking to reserve the dates in our calendar, while the remaining balance is due the first day of service for day long sits, overnights, and dog walks. Notice of 14 days is required for overnight sitting bookings and 72 hours notice required for drop-in visits and dog walks to receive the deposit back in full. 13 days or less notice will result in forfeit of the deposit for overnight sits and 71 hours or less for drop-ins and dog walks.

  • Amendment and Cancellation We may amend or change the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. You will be notified of any change in the manner provided by applicable law prior to the effective date of the change. However, if the change is made for security purposes, we can implement such change without prior notice. We may cancel or suspend your Card or this Agreement at any time. You may cancel this Agreement by returning the Card to us. Your termination of this Agreement will not affect any of our rights or your obligations arising under this Agreement prior to termination. All our bookings are received well in advance of trip departures and other people may have been turned away because kayaks have been reserved. Cancellations due to weather will be determined by a Saltwater Soul associate on the day of your reservation. If cancellation is due to weather or safety concerns, we will attempt to rebook you. You will be issued a full refund if you are unable to rebook. All cancellations by guest need to be made 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours from reservation will result in a 50% refund.
