Event Time. You will have the private party room for one (1) hour. • Your party start time will be for guest arrival. They will be directed straight to the private room. • Your guests will enjoy the museum exhibits only immediately after your time in the room and will be able to stay inside the museum until the designated time.

Event Time. The Community Center is to be reserved for no more than an 8 hour block of time. The 8 hours is to include the set up and cleanup of the event. The presence of any person in the Center after the designated hours shall be subject to a fee of $100.00 an hour (any time from 0 – 60 minutes).

If the event includes a wedding reception, the bride and groom should leave at least 30 minutes before the contracted event end time to ensure no time overages will occur and the vendors can begin clean up as scheduled. Alcoholic beverage service should also cease 30 minutes prior to the contracted event end time.

Event Time. Events can be scheduled between 12:00 pm-10:00 pm daily. Weddings and receptions are scheduled to last for no longer than 5 hours. Wedding parties may arrive no earlier than 11:00 am on the scheduled day of the event to get ready and prepare for the ceremony unless arranged with the venue for an earlier arrival time. Cleanup must be completed by 11:00 pm the evening of the event. Additional time for an event may be added by the hour for an additional $750 per hour.
