Deposit and Transmittal. TSP shall be entrusted with the responsibility for handling funds of others, documenting financial transactions and maintaining the integrity of financial records in accordance with TR Sections CS-Customer Service, and FR Financial Requirements, and for maintaining certain Project accounts and transferring funds as provided in Section 5. TSP shall have a fiduciary duty to the Joint Board, the States’ Parties and users of the Bridges, and shall institute all necessary and proper mechanisms for custody and administration over funds and revenues. Project Gross Revenues are public funds. TSP shall collect all Gross Revenues resulting from the performance of Operations and Maintenance Work hereunder and shall hold such Gross Revenues in trust for the Joint Board until deposited into the accounts specified to receive the same in accordance with the provisions of Section 5, the Flow of Funds Diagram set forth in Attachment C-3 to the TR, and the Custody and Revenue Control Contract to be entered into among the Custodian, the Revenue Control Manager, KPTIA and IFA and TSP, substantially in the form of Exhibit O.

  • Transmittal All documents submitted to the State shall be accompanied by a letter of transmittal which shall include, but need not be limited to, the highway number, project limits, county, CSJ, contract number, work authorization number and an inventory of attachments.

  • Transmittal of Deductions The Board further agrees to accompany each such transmittal with a list of the names of the bargaining unit members for whom all such fair share fee deductions were made, the period covered, and the amounts deducted for each.

  • Form instructions 1. This form does not mandate the use of a specific font size or style but the font must be legible.

  • Disposal of Transmitted Items Upon your receipt of a confirmation approval from Credit Union that we have received an image that you have transmitted, you agree to retain the check for at least 60 calendar days from the date of the image transmission. After 60 days, you agree to destroy the check that you transmitted as an image, mark it "VOID", or otherwise render it incapable of further transmission, deposit, or presentment. During the time the retained check is available, you agree to promptly provide it to Credit Union upon request.

  • SPECIAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS All shipments will be FOB destination (as specified on Ordering Entity Purchase Order).

  • Electronic Fund Transfer 10.1 Employees will receive their pay and any reimbursements via electronic fund transfer (payroll direct deposit). The University will provide electronic pay advices to all employees.

  • Confirmation The Company hereby agrees and assumes the duty to confirm on its behalf and on behalf of dealers or brokers who sell the Offered Shares all orders for purchase of Offered Shares accepted by the Company.   • Electronic Funds Transfer Agreement If you want to reverse an electronic re-presented check, you must give us an affidavit within 15 days after we send or make available to you the periodic statement that reflects payment of that electronic re-presented check. In your affidavit, you must declare and swear under oath that the electronic re-presented check was ineligible or unauthorized. If we receive a proper notice or affidavit from you within the 15-day period, we will recredit your account with the amount of the charge. If you wish to stop payment on any electronic re-presented check, you must follow the procedures contained in this Agreement for stopping payment of checks, not the procedures for stopping payment on electronic loan or xxxx payments. If you ask us to request the depositor’s bank to send us the original paper check or a copy of the paper check, and we provide it to you, you agree that you will not seek to have your account recredited due to a prior stop payment order or if the item is otherwise ineligible for collection.

  • Format and Signing of Tender 19.1 The Tenderer shall prepare one original of the documents comprising the Tender as described in ITT 11 and clearly mark it “ORIGINAL.” Alternative Tenders, if permitted in accordance with ITT 12, shall be clearly marked “ALTERNATIVE.” In addition, the Tenderer shall submit copies of the Tender, in the number specified in the TDS and clearly mark them “COPY.” In the event of any discrepancy between the original and the copies, the original shall prevail.
