Deposit Errors. You agree to notify us, through Synapse, of any suspected errors regarding items deposited through RDC right away, and in no event later than 40 days after the applicable account statement is sent or made available to you. Unless you notify us within 40 days, such Statement regarding all deposits made through RDC shall be deemed correct, and you are prohibited from bringing a claim against us for such alleged error.

Deposit Errors. If we mistakenly credit your account(s) for funds to which you are not the rightful owner, even if such mistake is solely attributable to our actions, we will deduct those funds from your account(s), even if this causes your account(s) to be overdrawn. In the alternative, in order to recover such funds, we may exercise our right of setoff against any other account owned solely or jointly by you under our statutory lien rights, common law lien rights, or contractual lien rights provided for herein.

Deposit Errors. You agree to notify Synapse Brokerage of any suspected errors regarding items deposited through the Remote Deposit Capture service right away, and in no event later than 40 days after the applicable account statement is sent or made available to you. Unless you notify us within 40 days, such statement regarding all deposits made through the Remote Deposit Capture service shall be deemed correct, and you are prohibited from bringing a claim against us for such alleged error. Please be aware that checks deposited through the Remote Deposit Capture service are not electronic fund transfers and are not subject to Appendix A.

  • Deposit Policy When purchasing services from BellSouth, Carrier will be required to complete the BellSouth Credit Profile and provide information regarding credit worthiness. Based on the results of the credit analysis, BellSouth reserves the right to secure the account with a suitable form of security deposit. Such security deposit shall take the form of cash, an Irrevocable Letter of Credit (BellSouth form), Surety Bond (BellSouth form) or, in its sole discretion, some other form of security. Any such security deposit shall in no way release Carrier from its obligation to make complete and timely payments of its xxxx. Such security shall be required prior to the inauguration of service. If, in the sole opinion of BellSouth, circumstances so warrant and/or gross monthly billing has increased beyond the level initially used to determine the level of security, BellSouth reserves the right to request additional security and/or file a Uniform Commercial Code (UCC1) security interest in Carrier’s “accounts receivables and proceeds.” Interest on a security deposit, if provided in cash, shall accrue and be paid in accordance with the terms in the appropriate BellSouth tariff. Security deposits collected under this Section shall not exceed two months’ estimated billing. In the event Carrier fails to remit to BellSouth any deposit requested pursuant to this Section, service to Carrier may be terminated and any security deposits will be applied to Carrier’s account(s).

  • Clerical Errors Clerical errors will neither deprive any individual Member of any benefits or coverage provided under this Group Contract nor will such errors act as authorization of benefits or coverage for the Member that is not otherwise validly in force.

  • Invoice Errors If You find a material error in an invoice, then You must notify Dell in writing within 10 days from its receipt. Any amounts Dell and You both agree in writing to correct must be paid before the later of: (a) 14 days following the date of Dell’s corrected invoice; or (b) the original due date. If You withhold payment on the basis that an invoice is incorrect and Dell finds that the amount is accurate, then You must pay interest on the unpaid disputed amount from the invoice due date until Dell receives payment.
