The puppy will be eligible to be picked up by Buyer when puppy is 9 weeks of age. Puppy can be shipped at cost to Buyer no sooner than 10 weeks of age. Cash, cashiers check, federal money order or personal check, is accepted for payment. If payment is made with personal check, check must clear before picking up puppy. Xxxxxxx is not responsible for any death or injury of said puppy/dog due to negligence or carelessness of the Buyer, any airline, live animal carrier its agents or employees. Xxxxx acknowledges and agrees that Xxxxx will forfeit deposit and any right to the puppy if: Xxxxx fails to pick up the puppy by the 11th week of puppy’s life with previous deposit paid. If the of above circumstance occurs the Breeder is free to sell the puppy to other parties. A Boarding fee of $10 per day will be charged if the puppy is not picked up by 10 weeks old. Once Buyer pays a deposit, the balance of the Purchase Price is due ten (10) days prior to release of the Dog to Buyer, as indicated on page 1 of this Agreement. The expected pick-up/delivery date is TBD , or such other date as the parties may mutually agree. The initial deposit required to reserve a puppy is NON-REFUNDABLE and TRANSFERRALE ONLY. In the event that a male/female puppy and/or a certain selected color is not born from the litter in which the non- refundable deposit has been placed to reserve a puppy, the Buyer may have the option to select a different sex and/or color from the same reserved litter and/or the Buyer may elect to have the non-refundable deposit transferred to the next litter available. In the event a deposit is transferred to another litter, Buyer will not be given first pick unless the “Pick of the Litter Fee” has been satisfied. In the event that the Dog is not available due to sickness, death, or any circumstance owing to the fault of the Seller, Buyer’s deposit will be transferred to another puppy of the same quality/value when such puppy becomes available. Payment of the deposit and/or balance may be made by cash, cashier’s check, or money order. We do not accept personal checks or business checks.
