Cargo Carrier definition

Cargo Carrier means a carrier certificated by the Secretary of Transportation as a Cargo Carrier under 49 U.S.C. § 41103.
Cargo Carrier means an Air Carrier in the business of transporting property by air, but not passengers, which company has signed a Signatory Cargo Carrier Operating Agreement with the Port.
Cargo Carrier means an Airline engaged in the carriage, distribution and delivery of property and/or mail, but not passengers.
