Common use of Deposits at ATMs Clause in Contracts

Deposits at ATMs. For deposits from cash or checks made at automated teller machines (ATMs) that we do not own or operate, the funds in excess of $500.00 may not be available until the fifth business day of your deposit. For deposits made at an ATM we own and operate, the funds in excess of $500.00 may not be available until the second business day of your deposit. We reserve the right to limit the available funds under our general policy to $225.00 and you will be notified of the applicability of this limit.
