Common use of Deprecation Policy Clause in Contracts

Deprecation Policy. Google will notify Customer at least 12 months before a Significant Deprecation unless Google reasonably determines that: (i) Google is not permitted to do so by law or by contract (including if there is a change in applicable law or contract), or (ii) continuing to provide the Service that is subject to the Significant Deprecation could create a (A) security risk or (B) substantial economic or technical burden.

Deprecation Policy. Google will notify Customer at least 12 months before a Significant Deprecation unless Google reasonably determines that: that (i) Google is not permitted to do so by law or by contract (including if there is a change in applicable law or contract), ) or (ii) continuing to provide the Service that is subject to the Significant Deprecation could create a (A1) security risk or (B2) substantial economic or technical burden. Google will notify Customer at least 30 days before a Significant Deprecation caused by a change of contract.

Google will notify Customer at least 12 months before making a Significant Deprecation Deprecation, unless Google reasonably determines that: (ia) Google is cannot permitted to do so by law or by contract (including if there is a change in applicable law or contract), ) or (iib) continuing to provide the Service that is subject to the Significant Deprecation Services could create a (A) security risk or (B) substantial economic or technical burden.

This Section 9 (Deprecation Policy) does not apply to Pre-GA Offerings.
