Common use of Deputy Minister Clause in Contracts

Deputy Minister. The Deputy Minister is accountable to the Minister for carrying out the roles and responsibilities with respect to the Trust as assigned to him/her by the Minister, Directives, the Act and this MOU.

Deputy Minister. ‌ The Deputy Minister is accountable to the Secretary of the Cabinet and the Minister for the performance of the Ministry in providing administrative and organizational support to OEFC and for carrying out the roles and responsibilities with respect to the Trust as assigned to him/her by the Minister, Directivesapplicable TB/MBC and Ministry directives, the Act and this MOU.

Deputy Minister. a. The Deputy Minister is accountable to the Secretary of the Cabinet and the Minister for the performance of the Ministry in providing administrative and organizational support to the Corporation and for carrying out the roles and responsibilities with respect to the Trust as assigned to him/her by the Minister, Directives, the Act applicable TB/MBC and Ministry of Finance directives and this MOU.

Deputy Minister. a. The Deputy Minister is accountable to the Minister for the performance of the Ministry in carrying out the roles and responsibilities with respect to the Trust as assigned to him/her by the Minister, Directivesthe HIA, the Act applicable TB/MBC and Ministry of Finance directives, and this MOU.

Deputy Minister. The Deputy Minister is accountable to the Minister for carrying out the roles and responsibilities with respect to the Trust Centre as assigned to him/her by the Minister, Directives, the Act and this MOU.

Deputy Minister. The Deputy Minister is accountable to the Minister for carrying out the roles and responsibilities with respect to the Trust as assigned to him/her by the Minister, the Act, Directives, the Act and this MOU.

The Deputy Minister is accountable to the Secretary of the Cabinet and the Minister for the performance of the Ministry in providing administrative and organizational support to the Agency and for carrying out the roles and responsibilities with respect to the Trust as assigned to him/her by the Minister, Directivesthe Act, the Act and this MOU, and Applicable Government Directives. b. The Deputy Minister is accountable for providing assurance to TB/MBC on the Agency’s compliance with the mandatory requirements of Applicable Government Directives.

To the Secretary of the Cabinet and the Minister for the performance of the Ministry in providing administrative and organizational support to the Minister Commission, if any, and for carrying out the roles and responsibilities with respect assigned to the Trust as assigned to him/her Deputy Minister by the Minister, this MOU and Applicable Directives, ; and b. For attesting to TB/MBC on the Act and this MOUCommission's compliance with Applicable Directives.
