Common use of Deputy Minister Clause in Contracts

Deputy Minister. a) The Deputy Minister is accountable to the Minister for the performance of the Ministry, in providing administrative support to XXXXXX and for carrying out the roles and responsibilities assigned to him or her by the Minister, the AODA, the PSOA, applicable TB/ MBC and MOF directives, and this MOU. b) The Deputy Minister will consult, annually, with the Executive Chair and the Executive Lead in the development of the Executive Lead’s performance management plan and will seek the Executive Chair’s advice on the annual performance evaluation of the Executive Lead.
