Common use of Derivative Aircraft Clause in Contracts

Derivative Aircraft. In the event any Derivative aircraft(s) is introduced by Boeing, Boeing may (but is not obligated to) direct Seller within the scope of the applicable Order and in accordance with the provisions of GTA Section 10.0 to supply Boeing's requirements for Products for such Derivative aircraft(s) which correspond to those Products being produced under the applicable Order.
