Problem Reports. Each Party shall notify the other Party's Project Director promptly upon becoming aware of any potentially significant delay in the Development Services. The Parties' intention is that all doubt will always be resolved in favor of such notification.

Problem Reports. In addition to the requested data identified in Exhibit A which shall be submitted to Avistar in conjunction with execution of this Agreement, Tandberg shall promptly notify Avistar of any matter which has delayed or could delay product quality or scheduled deliveries, including details of the anticipated effects on Tandberg's performance of its obligations under this Agreement and keep Avistar updated on known problems and failure rates of the Tandberg TC 2000.

Identification of changes to key manpower or staffing levels; D. Identification of the critical events/activities expected within the next month and a discussion of potential risk factors; E. Progress on open Action Items, including closure dates; F. Purchased components and raw material status; G. Identification of Quality issues and resolutions; H. Manufacturing and Quality inspection progress of First Article products; I. Problem Reports. The Contractor shall provide to the State a list and description of all potential or actual problems, bugs, errors, and Deficiencies known by the Contractor to be in any of the Contractor customer’s version of the System or variant of the System used to provide EBT Services, along with a schedule for Resolution thereof. The Contractor shall provide the State with such list and descriptions immediately upon discovery by the Contractor, and include a detailed listing and description in the weekly status Reports (for Transition Services and Implementation Services) or the monthly status Reports, as required by Exhibit A of this Contract. The Contractor shall also provide to the State a list, at this same time, for describing when the problems, bugs, errors, and Deficiencies occurred at the State, the Contractor’s own facilities, or other customers of the Contractor.
