All tooling manufactured and acquired by Seller for use in performance of the Program shall be in accordance with all tooling requirements specified in SBP Section 2.3.

Certified Tool List. [ * ] Problem Reports Seller shall provide a detailed report notifying Boeing of program problems/issues that could impact Seller’s ability to deliver Products on time and otherwise in conformance with the terms of the GTA and SBP. The report shall contain a detailed description of the problem, impact on the program or affected tasks, and corrective/remedial action, with a recovery schedule. Submittal of a report in no way relieves Seller of any obligations under the GTA and SBP nor does it constitute a waiver of any rights and remedies Boeing may have with respect to any default. Problem reports shall be submitted to the Boeing Procurement Representative on a weekly basis.   • FORMAT AND CONTENT FOR REGISTRY OPERATOR MONTHLY REPORTING Registry Operator shall provide one set of monthly reports per gTLD, using the API described in draft-­‐xxxxxx-­‐icann-­‐registry-­‐interfaces, see Specification 2, Part A, Section 9, reference 5, with the following content.
