Description of Support – Hardware. During the term of this Agreement, Locution will correct or fix any problems or failures occurring with the Hardware. Such support will be provided after Customer has identified any Hardware Error and notified Motorola thereof in accordance with Locution's reporting procedures. The Hardware includes computers, Station Control Unit, Intelligent Audio Switch, Programmable Logic Relay, Reader Board, and the Locution Enclosure. The computers are warranted through the manufacturer for the Customer. Locution will handle logistics of repairing or replacing the computers without any cost to Customer. Notwithstanding Locution’s Terms and Conditions, the computers are initially warranted for three years from the date of purchase. Any computer failures that occur after three years are not covered by this Maintenance Agreement and will require the replacement of the computer by the Customer. Upon Customer’s request and as part of this Agreement, Locution will supply assistance with reloading any Software on replacement computers.

Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization may be used as a virtual desktop infrastructure solution, however, the Subscription does not come with any software or support for the desktop operating system. You must purchase the operating system for each instance of a desktop or server separately.

Any representation, warranty, undertaking or guarantee regarding additional features, quality or functionality is effective only if expressly confirmed by SAP’s management in writing.

  • Configuration The configuration for the Purchase Right Aircraft will be the Detail Specification for Model 767-3S2F aircraft at the revision level in effect at the time of the Supplemental Agreement. Such Detail Specification will be revised to include (i) changes required to obtain required regulatory certificates and (ii) other changes as mutually agreed upon by Boeing and Customer.

  • Software Use Case Red Hat Enterprise Linux Developer Suite Subscription Services for Red Hat Enterprise Linux Developer Suite are available for Development Purposes only.

  • Hardware and Software In order to use the Services, you must obtain and maintain, at your expense, compatible mobile hardware and software as specified by Credit Union from time to time. Credit Union is not responsible for any third party software you may need to use the Services. Any such software is accepted by you as is and is subject to the terms and conditions of the software agreement you enter into directly with the third party software provider at time of download and installation.

RISK OF LOSS If you purchase any of the hardware Products directly from us, risk of loss or damage to hardware, will pass to you and acceptance will occur upon delivery to your “ship to” address or, if special shipping arrangements are agreed to, upon delivery to your carrier or designee. Title to hardware Products will pass from HPE to you upon full payment for or delivery of the Products, whichever is later. You agree to properly insure the Products for the benefit of HPE between the time risk of loss and damage pass and the time title passes.
