Description Unit Cost. Adult (13+ years of age regardless of weight $850.00 Children (4 months to 12 years of age) $361.75 Children (fetal and birth to 3 months of age $361.75 *Extra cost for storage exceeding 90 days 100.00 a month *Extra cost for cremated remains storage & scattering fee $45.00 Compensation shall cover all costs associated with the physical transport of the remains from place of death or Coroner Division to contracted establishment, and when applicable, cremation fees, required permits, storage costs, and all other associated costs incurred by the Contractor. Contractor will receive payment in full upon completion of initial services up to and including cremation or burial and submission of acceptable invoice to Coroner Division. Invoice should include the Coroner case number, date of cremation, name of decedent as provided by the Coroner Division, final disposition and location, and itemized description of services rendered. Contract shall not exceed $750,000 for initial three-year term.
