Design Exclusions. Items that are not included in the Services provided by the Institute: Survey and design of the heating distribution network, including heat exchange station, outside the fenced or walled area of the Power Plant site. Environmental and hydrological studies. Survey and design of social buildings. Survey and design of transmission lines and substations, interconnect systems and facilities required by the North China Power Group that are outside the fenced or walled area of the Power Plants site. Roads outside the fenced or walled area of the Power Plants site.
Design Exclusions. Non-structural, naval architectural and safety considerations, including but not limited to watertight compartmentalization, downflooding, intact and damaged stability and scuppering, as well as all aspects of geometry definition, remain the responsibility of the Client. The designs of metallic components, or any other components not constructed of fibre-reinforced plastic materials, are specifically excluded as they fall outside The Engineers’ specialist expertise. Specific exclusions to the Engineer design work include, but are not limited to: Composite engine air ducting, non-structural components such as interior joinery, minor machinery mounts, battery boxes, ducts, Xxxxxxxxx authority liaison, and lightning protection.

  • Procurement of Goods Part A: General Goods shall be procured in accordance with the provisions of Section I of the "Guidelines for Procurement under IBRD Loans and XXX Credits" published by the Bank in January 1995 and revised in January 1996 (the Guidelines) and the following provisions of this Section, as applicable.   • Procurement of Goods and Services (a) If the HSP is subject to the procurement provisions of the BPSAA, the HSP will abide by all directives and guidelines issued by the Management Board of Cabinet that are applicable to the HSP pursuant to the BPSAA. (b) If the HSP is not subject to the procurement provisions of the BPSAA, the HSP will have a procurement policy in place that requires the acquisition of supplies, equipment or services valued at over $25,000 through a competitive process that ensures the best value for funds expended. If the HSP acquires supplies, equipment or services with the Funding it will do so through a process that is consistent with this policy.

  • Procurement of Small Works Works estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $500,000 equivalent, may be procured under lump-sum, fixed-price contracts awarded on the basis of quotations obtained from three (3) qualified domestic contractors in response to a written invitation. The invitation shall include a detailed description of the works, including basic specifications, the required completion date, a basic form of agreement acceptable to the Association, and relevant drawings, where applicable. The award shall be made to the contractor who offers the lowest price quotation for the required work, and who has the experience and resources to complete the contract successfully. Part D: Review by the Association of Procurement Decisions

  • Scoring The number of routes each company operates (Route # 0001-2999, 8000-8199) will be multiplied by 2 to determine the daily number of trips. (Only accidents, breakdowns and service reports related to routes falling in this range will be used for the evaluation). The daily number of trips will be multiplied by 175 to arrive at the annual number of trips. The number of accidents, breakdowns and service complaints will be divided by the total number of trips to calculate a percent figure. Each company’s percentage will be compared to the total average. See below for a sample.   • Equipment and Tools 40.01 The Employer will make available all necessary tools and equipment it requires for the performance of work assignments at no cost to the employees. Such tools and equipment will remain the property of the Employer and the employees will be required to take reasonable care of this property and may be required to sign out certain equipment and tools.

  • Master Use The Licensor hereby grants to Licensee a non-exclusive license (this "License) to record vocal synchronization to the Composition partly or in its entirety and substantially in its original form ("Master Recording")

  • SINGLE-USE PRODUCTS The Board of County Commissioners has established a single-use products and plastic bags policy intended to reduce the use of products which have become globally recognized as having lasting negative impacts on the environment. Neither single-use products nor plastic bags may be sold or disbursed on County property by staff or contracted vendors, except as set forth in Orange County Administrative Regulation 9.01.03. Failure to comply with the Regulation may result in termination of the contract or other contractual remedies, and may affect future contracting with the County. The use of reusable, recyclable, biodegradable, or compostable materials is encouraged.

  • Manufacturers Promptly after obtaining actual knowledge thereof, notice of any Manufacturer Event of Default or termination or replacement of a Manufacturer Program;

  • Configuration The configuration for the Purchase Right Aircraft will be the Detail Specification for Model 767-3S2F aircraft at the revision level in effect at the time of the Supplemental Agreement.
