Design Presentation Letter. Two (2) rounds of community meetings will be held. The first meeting will be scheduled during the Basis of Design, 30% Design, or 60% Design stage. The second meeting will be scheduled during the 100% Design stage. The Design Professional will work with City staff and the PIO to develop the design presentation letter. The PIO will mail a letter describing the Project scope, schedule, budget, benefits, and a summary of the anticipated impact. The letter will ask the community planning groups, boards, committees and other key Project stakeholders if they would like a Project presentation. DELIVERABLES • Design Presentation Letter

  • Drug-Free Workplace Certification As required by Executive Order No. 90-5 dated April 12, 1990, issued by the Governor of Indiana, the Contractor hereby covenants and agrees to make a good faith effort to provide and maintain a drug-free workplace. The Contractor will give written notice to the State within ten (10) days after receiving actual notice that the Contractor, or an employee of the Contractor in the State of Indiana, has been convicted of a criminal drug violation occurring in the workplace. False certification or violation of this certification may result in sanctions including, but not limited to, suspension of contract payments, termination of this Contract and/or debarment of contracting opportunities with the State for up to three (3) years. In addition to the provisions of the above paragraph, if the total amount set forth in this Contract is in excess of $25,000.00, the Contractor certifies and agrees that it will provide a drug-free workplace by:

  • CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE Upon successful completion of the Technical Acceptance Process, the Buyer will, on or before the Delivery Date, sign and deliver to the Seller a certificate of acceptance in respect of the Aircraft in the form of Exhibit D (the “Certificate of Acceptance”).

  • Lodgement of SWS wage assessment agreement C.6.1 All SWS wage assessment agreements under the conditions of this schedule, including the appropriate percentage of the relevant minimum wage to be paid to the employee, must be lodged by the employer with Fair Work Australia.

  • Final Certificate, Design Professional’s Certificate of Final Completion The Certificate issued by the Design Professional stating that all work has been completed in accordance with the terms of the Contract Documents. See Section 6,

  • Tax Certification If Contractor is a taxable entity as defined by Chapter 171, Texas Tax Code, then Contractor certifies it is not currently delinquent in the payment of any taxes due under Chapter 171, Contractor is exempt from the payment of those taxes, or Contractor is an out‑of‑state taxable entity that is not subject to those taxes, whichever is applicable.

  • DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE FORM The Drug-Free Workplace Form is attached and shall be completed and submitted with your bid.

  • Exclusion Letter If, at the conclusion of the 30-day period, Progenity fails to satisfy the requirements of Section X.D.3, OIG may exclude Progenity from participation in the Federal health care programs. OIG shall notify Progenity in writing of its determination to exclude Progenity. (This letter shall be referred to as the “Exclusion Letter.”) Subject to the Dispute Resolution provisions in Section X.E, below, the exclusion shall go into effect 30 days after the date of Progenity’s receipt of the Exclusion Letter. The exclusion shall have national effect. Reinstatement to program participation is not automatic. At the end of the period of exclusion, Progenity may apply for reinstatement by submitting a written request for reinstatement in accordance with the provisions at 42 C.F.R. §§ 1001.3001-.3004.

  • Franchise Tax Certification If PROVIDER is a taxable entity subject to the Texas Franchise Tax (Chapter 171, Texas Tax Code), then PROVIDER certifies that it is not currently delinquent in the payment of any franchise (margin) taxes or that PROVIDER is exempt from the payment of franchise (margin) taxes.

  • Owner Certification During the term of this Contract, the Owner certifies that:

  • Assignment Amendments Waiver and Contract Complete 8.1 The Contractor may neither assign nor transfer any rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior consent of the Authority and a fully executed Assignment Agreement, executed and approved by the same parties who executed and approved this Agreement, or their successors in office. Any attempted assignment without said consent shall be void and of no effect. The Authority may assign or otherwise transfer or dispose of all or a portion of this Agreement in its sole discretion and without the consent of the Contractor. The Contractor shall execute all consents reasonably required to facilitate such assignment or other transfer.
