Design Stage definition

Design Stage means the “Design Stage” referred in the
Design Stage has the meaning given in Part I of this Schedule 1;

Examples of Design Stage in a sentence

  • Such evidence shall be in the form of a Design Stage water efficiency calculator.

  • A statement should also be given that a geotechnical assessment (GA) will be carried out for the preferred development option at the Study/Investigation/Preliminary Design Stage to define the scope and programme of necessary slope works and hazard mitigation measures to be carried out under the project.

More Definitions of Design Stage

Design Stage means that stage of the Project that involves the design of the Project and related engineering fees.
Design Stage means the period of time during which the design of a project is prepared but does not include the design of temporary works by the contractor to facilitate construction of the project;
Design Stage means each of Design Stage 1, Design Stage 2 and Design Stage 3. "Design Stage 1" means stage 1 of the development of the Design Documentation as described in Appendix F01 of the SWTC.
Design Stage means the stage composed of conceptual design, overall design, initial design, technical design and construction drawing design, as applicable.

Related to Design Stage

  • Design Phase means the period during which the Transporter shall prepare a draft project proposal for publication in accordance with section 4.3;

  • Design-build means a project delivery method in which the detailed design and subsequent construction is provided through a single contract with a Design-Build firm; a team, partnership, or legal entity that includes design professionals and a builder. The Design-Build Project delivery shall be implemented in accordance with Tex. Gov’t Code § 2166.2531.2

  • Design-Builder means the Person selected pursuant to the RFP that enters into the Contract with the Department to design and construct the Project (also referred to as the “Design-Build Team”).

  • Construction Drawings means those drawings containing the technical details associated with the design, construction and installation of the Infrastructure;

  • Design Criteria means the design criteria set out in the Ministry’s publication “Design Criteria for Sanitary Sewers, Storm Sewers and Forcemains for Alterations Authorized under Environmental Compliance Approval”, (as amended from time to time).

  • Design Services means architect services, engineer services or landscape architect services.

  • Design means the appearance of the whole or a part of a product resulting from the features of, in particular, the lines, contours, colours, shape, texture and/or materials of the product itself and/or its ornamentation;

  • Design engineer means a person professionally qualified and duly licensed in New Jersey to perform engineering services that may include, but not necessarily be limited to, development of project requirements, creation and development of project design and preparation of drawings and specifications.

  • Design-build contract means a single contract with a Design-Build Firm for the design and construction of a public construction project.
