Design Stage definition

Design Stage means the “Design Stage” referred in the
Design Stage has the meaning given in Part I of this Schedule 1;
Design Stage means that stage of the Project that involves the design of the Project and related engineering fees.

  • At its sole discretion and option, the Owner may terminate this Agreement after the conclusion of the Pre-Design Stage, Schematic Design Stage, Design Development Stage, or the Construction Documents Stage of the Pre-Construction Phase or any time prior to acceptance of a Guaranteed Maximum Price Proposal.

More Definitions of Design Stage

Design Stage means the period of time during which the design of a project is prepared but does not include the design of temporary works by the contractor to facilitate construction of the project;
