At its sole discretion and option, the Owner may terminate this Agreement after the conclusion of the Pre-Design Stage, Schematic Design Stage, Design Development Stage, or the Construction Documents Stage of the Pre-Construction Phase or any time prior to acceptance of a Guaranteed Maximum Price Proposal.
