Common use of Designated Trades Clause in Contracts

Designated Trades. Whenever a designated trades person is hired on a temporary basis and is deemed to be fully qualified, they shall be paid at a rate second from the top of the position classification in which they are working. Such persons can only be hired on the permanent staff after the job posting provisions of this Agreement have been completed.
