Designation as Sponsor. Upon the Effective Date and throughout the Term (as defined in Section 4.1 hereof), unless earlier terminated pursuant to Article VI hereof, ICANN hereby designates DotCooperation LLC as the sole registry operator for the TLD (“Sponsor” or “Registry Operator”). ICANN hereby delegates to Sponsor the authority to develop policies for the TLD consistent with the requirements of Section 3.1(f) of this Agreement and the provisions set forth in Specification 12 of this Agreement.
Designation as Sponsor. Upon the Effective Date and throughout the Term (as defined in Section 4.1 hereof), unless earlier terminated pursuant to Article VI hereof, ICANN hereby designates SITA Information Networking Computing USA, Inc. as the sole registry operator and sponsoring organization for the TLD (“Sponsor” or “Registry Operator”). ICANN hereby delegates to Sponsor the authority to develop policies for the TLD consistent with the requirements of Section 3.1(f) of this Agreement and the provisions set forth in Specification 12 of this Agreement.
Designation as Sponsor. Upon the Effective Date, until the Expiration Date as defined in Section 4.1 hereof, ICANN hereby designates the UPU as the sponsoring organization for the Sponsored TLD. ICANN hereby delegates to Sponsor the authority to develop policies for the Sponsored TLD consistent with the requirements of Section 3.1(g) of this Agreement and the provisions set forth in Appendix S of this Agreement.
Designation as Sponsor. Upon the Effective Date, until the Expiration Date and throughout the Term (as defined in Section 4.1 hereof), unless earlier terminated pursuant to Article VI hereof, ICANN hereby designates Sponsor as theSITA Information Networking Computing USA, Inc. as the sole registry operator and sponsoring organization, which may contract with other entities with respect to technical operations of the registry for the sponsored TLD (" for the TLD (“Sponsor” or “Registry Operator"”). ICANN hereby delegates to Sponsor the authority to develop policies for the sponsored TLD consistent with the requirements of Section 3.1(gf) of this Agreement and the provisions set forth in Appendix SSpecification 12 of this Agreement.
