TECHNICAL OPERATIONS. Client is responsible for providing technical and application services to support the systems that run on Client’s environment in support of Client’s use of the Solution. Such responsibilities include:
2.3.1 Coordination with FIS of enhancements/changes and production fixes to Client’s application systems which interface directly with the Solution to assure proper testing is accomplished.
2.3.2 Monitoring transmission of data between Client and FIS.
2.3.3 Management and maintenance of Client’s operating systems, database platforms and other internal systems supporting the Solution.
TECHNICAL OPERATIONS facility management; security services; on-going facilities maintenance and repair as required by CBT but not its landlord's.
TECHNICAL OPERATIONS. During the term of this Agreement, Chautauqua will be responsible for the technical operation of the Aircraft and the safe performance of the flights in accordance with all applicable law (such law of any jurisdiction having authority, the "FAA Regulations'). Chautauqua shall retain full authority, operational control and possession of the Aircraft to enable it to do so. In particular, -------------- * Confidential Chautauqua or its agents or employees will, for the purpose of the safe performance of such flights, have absolute discretion in all matters concerning the preparation of the Aircraft for flight, the flight, the load carried and its distribution in so far as such matters affect the safety of the Aircraft, the decision whether or not such flight shall be undertaken, and all other matters relating to the technical operation of the Aircraft. Chautauqua will be solely responsible for, and US Airways will have no obligations or duties with respect to the dispatch of Chautauqua's flights operated pursuant to this Agreement or otherwise. For the purpose of this Section 2.3, the, term flight dispatch will include, but will not be limited to, all planning of flight itineraries and flight paths, fueling and flight release.
TECHNICAL OPERATIONS. CENTRE (TOC)
3.4.1 CTI shall provide a back-up technical operations centre, remotely located from the TOC. Both centres shall have fully duplicated computer systems. Data communications from Stations to these computer systems shall have reserve (ISDN) facilities which are selected automatically in the case of failure of the primary communications link.
3.4.2 In the event that the TOC needs to be abandoned, staff shall transfer to the back-up centre and the operation be resumed within one hour with no loss of monitoring data.
TECHNICAL OPERATIONS. Pala shall be responsible for the technical operation of the Social Casino, including 24X7 fully managed infrastructure support, including security, hardware and software upgrades, monitoring, backups, data archiving, bug fixes and future network-wide product upgrades across all available platforms.
TECHNICAL OPERATIONS. SCT (TMD) will have responsibility for the operation and management of the mainframe and client server environments in Tacoma, WA. and in Rochester, NY as well as remote access to those systems. SCT (TMD) will operate the existing mainframe systems in both locations until the planned transfer of the mainframe environment in Tacoma, WA to Rochester, NY. After transition to Rochester, NY., SCT (TMD) will operate the mainframe environment only in Rochester, NY. SCT (TMD) is responsible for the following in connection with the Hardware, Systems Software and Application Software identified in Exhibit B(1)/generally described in Exhibit B(2).

In particular, Republic or its agents or employees will, for the purpose of the safe performance of such flights, have absolute discretion in all matters concerning the preparation of the Aircraft for flight, the flight, the load carried and its distribution in so far as such matters affect the safety of the Aircraft, the decision whether or not such flight shall be undertaken, and all other matters relating to the technical operation of the Aircraft. Republic will be solely responsible for, and US Airways will have no obligations or duties with respect to the dispatch of Republic's flights operated pursuant to this Agreement or otherwise. TECHNICAL OPERATIONS. MTG will handle and pay for all technical functions, including provision for satellite transponders, uplink, playback, subscriber management services, costs of assembly, music performance fees, shipping, and the like.

During the Term, Chautauqua shall be solely responsible for the technical operation of the Aircraft and the safe performance of the flights undertaken in connection with the Service in accordance with all Regulations. Chautauqua shall retain full authority, operational control and possession of the Aircraft to enable it to perform its obligations under this Section 2.3. In particular, Chautauqua or its agents or employees shall, for the purpose of the safe performance of such flights, have absolute discretion in all matters concerning the preparation of the Aircraft for flight, the flight, the load carried and its distribution in so far as such matters affect the safety of the Aircraft, the decision whether or not such flight shall be undertaken, and all other matters relating to the technical operation of the Aircraft. Chautauqua shall be solely responsible for, and US Airways shall have no liability, obligation or duty with respect to, the flight dispatch and/or conduct of Chautauqua’s flights operated pursuant to this Agreement or otherwise. For the purpose of this Section 2.3, the term “flight dispatch” shall include, but shall not be limited to, all planning of flight itineraries and flight paths, fueling, payload capabilities and flight release. _____ * Confidential
