TECHNICAL OPERATIONS. Client is responsible for providing technical and application services to support the systems that run on Client’s environment in support of Client’s use of the Solution. Such responsibilities include: 2.3.1 Coordination with FIS of enhancements/changes and production fixes to Client’s application systems which interface directly with the Solution to assure proper testing is accomplished. 2.3.2 Monitoring transmission of data between Client and FIS. 2.3.3 Management and maintenance of Client’s operating systems, database platforms and other internal systems supporting the Solution.

TECHNICAL OPERATIONS. During the term of this Agreement, Chautauqua will be responsible for the technical operation of the Aircraft and the safe performance of the flights in accordance with all applicable law (such law of any jurisdiction having authority, the "FAA Regulations'). Chautauqua shall retain full authority, operational control and possession of the Aircraft to enable it to do so. Chautauqua will be solely responsible for, and US Airways will have no obligations or duties with respect to the dispatch of Chautauqua's flights operated pursuant to this Agreement or otherwise. For the purpose of this Section 2.3, the, term flight dispatch will include, but will not be limited to, all planning of flight itineraries and flight paths, fueling and flight release.
TECHNICAL OPERATIONS. CENTRE (TOC) 3.4.1 CTI shall provide a back-up technical operations centre, remotely located from the TOC. Both centres shall have fully duplicated computer systems. Data communications from Stations to these computer systems shall have reserve (ISDN) facilities which are selected automatically in the case of failure of the primary communications link. 3.4.2 In the event that the TOC needs to be abandoned, staff shall transfer to the back-up centre and the operation be resumed within one hour with no loss of monitoring data.
