Destination of the Crude Oil. 14.4.1 The destination of Contractor’s Crude Oil obtained under the Contract shall be at the discretion of the Contractor, except as stipulated in Article 14.4.2 herein. 14.4.2 In accordance with the decisions of the Chinese Government, CNPC shall notify the Contractor of any prohibited destinations which infringe on the political interests of the People’s Republic of China. The Contractor shall not deliver the Crude Oil to the prohibited destinations as notified.

Destination of the Crude Oil. THE BUYER will destine the crude oil received in the Tumaco Plant to its export through the port of Tumaco, the crude oil received in the Dxxx Station to be exported through the port of Coveñas and the crude oil received in the Vasconia Station to be refined in the country. THE BUYER may, in addition: i) destine the crude oil the subject of the Agreement and received in the Points of Delivery to be exported through other ports and / or ii) destine it to be refined in the country, giving prior written notice to THE SELLER. The receipt of the volumes for the compliance with the purpose of this Agreement is subject to: i. The execution of the respective pipelines transportation agreements with CENIT, or whoever takes its place. ii. The availability of the facilities for receipt and transportation through the OMO and the OTA scheduled by CENIT, or whoever takes its place. iii. The execution of the respective agreement or contract for the offloading of the crude oils at the Dxxx Station with THE BUYER.

  • Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by CBB for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by CBB, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit CBB to route the CBB Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by CBB. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by CBB and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at CBB's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, CBB will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. CBB shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to CBB’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.

  • Procurement of Recovered Materials In the performance of this contract, the Contractor shall make maximum use of products containing recovered materials that are EPA-designated items unless the product cannot be acquired

  • Procurement of Goods and Services (a) If the HSP is subject to the procurement provisions of the BPSAA, the HSP will abide by all directives and guidelines issued by the Management Board of Cabinet that are applicable to the HSP pursuant to the BPSAA. (b) If the HSP is not subject to the procurement provisions of the BPSAA, the HSP will have a procurement policy in place that requires the acquisition of supplies, equipment or services valued at over $25,000 through a competitive process that ensures the best value for funds expended. If the HSP acquires supplies, equipment or services with the Funding it will do so through a process that is consistent with this policy.

  • Access to Services Subject to and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, including any Schedules, Company grants You a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, nontransferable, non-assignable, revocable license for the term of this Agreement to access and use the Services. Services may only be used by Your Users for internal business purposes only. You agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including any Schedules, and with all applicable Company procedures and policies that further define use of the Services. You acknowledge and agree that the actions of any of Your Users with respect to the Services will be deemed to be actions by You and that any breach by any of Your Users of the terms of this Agreement, including any Schedule, will be deemed to be a breach by You.

  • System and Data Access Services a. System. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Addendum and solely for the purpose of providing access to Fund Data as set forth herein, State Street hereby agrees to provide the Fund, or certain third parties approved by State Street that serve as the Fund`s investment advisors, investment managers or fund accountants (the "Fund Accountants") or as the Fund`s independent auditors (the "Auditor"), with access to State Street`s Multicurrency HORIZONR Accounting System and the other information systems described in Attachment A (collectively, the "System") on a remote basis solely on the computer hardware, system software and telecommunication links described in Attachment B (the "Designated Configuration") or on any designated substitute or back-up equipment configuration consented to in writing by State Street, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.
