DETAILS TO OTHER DEPARTMENTS PROHIBITED. The Town agrees that members of the Department whose duties are defined in ARTICLE XIII hereof shall not be detailed to other departments of the Town except when a state of emergency is declared by the Governor and the Town Council President.
DETAILS TO OTHER DEPARTMENTS PROHIBITED. The Town of Barrington agrees that members of the Barrington Fire Department, whose duties are as defined in Section 1 above, shall not be detailed to other departments of the Town of Barrington.
DETAILS TO OTHER DEPARTMENTS PROHIBITED. The Town of Portsmouth agrees that FF/Dispatchers of the Portsmouth Fire Department whose duties are defined in ARTICLE XIII hereof shall not be detailed to other departments of the Town of Portsmouth except when a state of emergency is declared by the Governor and/or the Town Council President or with the agreement of the employee.
DETAILS TO OTHER DEPARTMENTS PROHIBITED. Amend to read: “The Town of Tiverton agrees that members of the Police Department whose duties are defined in Article V, Section 1, shall not be detailed to other departments of the Town, except as otherwise provided for by this Agreement (e.g., SRO assigned to School Department).”
