Determination by the Accident Review Board. Once a determination is made by the Board, the Operator may appeal that determination at the next ARB meeting. The Board may uphold or overturn its previous decision based upon additional facts, and such action is final. The determination for disciplinary action based upon the results of the ARB is solely the prerogative of GCTD management. The ARB shall not make personnel decisions nor be responsible for adverse actions against GCTD employees.
