Determination of Requests for Voluntary Transfers. In the determination of requests for voluntary transfers, relevant qualifications, the best interest of the school system and the wishes of the teacher(s) requesting a transfer (to the extent that same do not conflict with the instructional requirements of the school system) shall be considered.
