DETERMINATION OF RESIDENT RENT CONTRIBUTION FOR RESIDENTS RECEIVING INCOME ASSISTANCE. 1. The Provider will set the Resident Rent Contribution for each Residential Unit where the Resident is in receipt of Income Assistance by applying a flat rate applicable to the appropriate household size, as determined by BC Housing. 2. If the flat rate charged for Resident Rent Contribution changes, reasonable notice will be given to the Resident, as determined by BC Housing.

DETERMINATION OF RESIDENT RENT CONTRIBUTION FOR RESIDENTS RECEIVING INCOME ASSISTANCE. 1. The Provider will set the Resident Rent Contribution for each Residential Unit where the Resident is in receipt of Income Assistance as follows: a. at the maximum shelter component (as may be changed from time to time) provided for in the Employment and Assistance Act (British Columbia) or the Employment and Assistance for Persons with Disabilities Act (British Columbia), less a fixed allowance for utilities as approved by BC Housing, on a regional basis from time to time.

  • Reporting Total Compensation of Recipient Executives 1. Applicability and what to report. You must report total compensation for each of your five most highly compensated executives for the preceding completed fiscal year, if— i. the total Federal funding authorized to date under this award is $25,000 or more; ii. in the preceding fiscal year, you received— (a) 80 percent or more of your annual gross revenues from Federal procurement contracts (and subcontracts) and Federal financial assistance subject to the Transparency Act, as defined at 2 CFR 170.320 (and subawards); and (b) $25,000,000 or more in annual gross revenues from Federal procurement contracts (and subcontracts) and Federal financial assistance subject to the Transparency Act, as defined at 2 CFR 170.320 (and subawards); and iii. The public does not have access to information about the compensation of the executives through periodic reports filed under section 13(a) or 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (15 U.S.C. 78m(a), 78o(d)) or section 6104 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. (To determine if the public has access to the compensation information, see the U.S. Security and Exchange Commission total compensation filings at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/answers/execomp.htm.) 2. Where and when to report. You must report executive total compensation described in paragraph A.1. of this award term: i. As part of your registration profile at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.gov. ii. By the end of the month following the month in which this award is made, and annually thereafter.

  • Special Parental Allowance for Totally Disabled Employees (a) An employee who: (i) fails to satisfy the eligibility requirement specified in subparagraph 17.05(a)(ii) solely because a concurrent entitlement to benefits under the Disability Insurance (DI) Plan, the Long-term Disability (LTD) Insurance portion of the Public Service Management Insurance Plan (PSMIP) or via the Government Employees Compensation Act prevents the employee from receiving Employment Insurance or Québec Parental Insurance Plan benefits, and (ii) has satisfied all of the other eligibility criteria specified in paragraph 17.05(a), other than those specified in sections (A) and (B) of subparagraph 17.05(a)(iii), shall be paid, in respect of each week of benefits under the parental allowance not received for the reason described in subparagraph (i), the difference between ninety-three per cent (93%) of the employee's rate of pay and the gross amount of his or her weekly disability benefit under the DI Plan, the LTD Plan or via the Government Employees Compensation Act. (b) An employee shall be paid an allowance under this clause and under clause 17.05 for a combined period of no more than the number of weeks during which the employee would have been eligible for parental, paternity or adoption benefits under the Employment Insurance or Québec Parental Insurance Plan, had the employee not been disqualified from Employment Insurance or Québec Parental Insurance Plan benefits for the reasons described in subparagraph (a)(i).

  • Probation for Newly Hired Employees (a) The Employer may reject a probationary employee for just cause. A rejection during probation shall not be considered a dismissal for the purpose of Article 11.2

  • Maintaining Eligibility for Employer Contribution The employer's contribution continues as long as the employee remains on the payroll in an insurance eligible position. Employees who complete their regular school year assignment shall receive coverage through August 31.

  • Payments for Distribution Assistance and Administrative Support Services (a) Payments to the Distributor. In consideration of the payments made by the Fund to the Distributor under this Plan, the Distributor shall provide administrative support services and distribution services to the Fund. Such services include distribution assistance and administrative support services rendered in connection with Shares (1) sold in purchase transactions, (2) issued in exchange for shares of another investment company for which the Distributor serves as distributor or sub-distributor, or (3) issued pursuant to a plan of reorganization to which the Fund is a party. If the Board believes that the Distributor may not be rendering appropriate distribution assistance or administrative support services in connection with the sale of Shares, then the Distributor, at the request of the Board, shall provide the Board with a written report or other information to verify that the Distributor is providing appropriate services in this regard. For such services, the Fund will make the following payments to the Distributor:

  • Developer Compensation for Emergency Services If, during an Emergency State, the Developer provides services at the request or direction of the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner, the Developer will be compensated for such services in accordance with the NYISO Services Tariff.

  • SALARY DETERMINATION FOR EMPLOYEES IN ADULT EDUCATION [Not applicable in School District No. 62 (Sooke)]

  • Tax Accounting Services (1) Maintain accounting records for the investment portfolio of the Fund to support the tax reporting required for “regulated investment companies” under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”). (2) Maintain tax lot detail for the Fund’s investment portfolio. (3) Calculate taxable gain/loss on security sales using the tax lot relief method designated by the Trust. (4) Provide the necessary financial information to calculate the taxable components of income and capital gains distributions to support tax reporting to the shareholders.

  • Reporting of Total Compensation of Subrecipient Executives 1. Applicability and what to report. Unless you are exempt as provided in paragraph d. of this award term, for each first-tier subrecipient under this award, you shall report the names and total compensation of each of the subrecipient's five most highly compensated executives for the subrecipient's preceding completed fiscal year, if-- i. in the subrecipient's preceding fiscal year, the subrecipient received-- (A) 80 percent or more of its annual gross revenues from Federal procurement contracts (and subcontracts) and Federal financial assistance subject to the Transparency Act, as defined at 2 CFR 170.320 (and subawards); and (B) $25,000,000 or more in annual gross revenues from Federal procurement contracts (and subcontracts), and Federal financial assistance subject to the Transparency Act (and subawards); and ii. The public does not have access to information about the compensation of the executives through periodic reports filed under section 13(a) or 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (15 U.S.C. 78m(a), 78o(d)) or section 6104 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.   • Payments to Specified Employees Notwithstanding any other Section of this Agreement, if the Employee is a Specified Employee at the time of the Employee’s Separation from Service, payments or distribution of property to the Employee provided under this Agreement, to the extent considered amounts deferred under a non-qualified deferred compensation plan (as defined in Code Section 409A) shall be deferred until the six (6) month anniversary of such Separation from Service to the extent required in order to comply with Code Section 409A and Treasury Regulation 1.409A-3(i)(2).
