Determination of unsatisfactory work performance outcome. 20.12.1 In the event that the Employee’s performance has not improved within the reasonable time period following the process set out in clauses 20.9 and 20.10 and on receipt by the Employee of the final written warning in accordance with clause 20.11, the Employer will advise the Employee of the Employee’s continued or repeated unsatisfactory work performance and provide the Employee with a reasonable opportunity to respond.
