Determine Environmental Documentation. The scope of this work assumes a determination of a NEPA Categorical Exclusion and of a CEQA Mitigated Negative Declaration based on discussions with Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx at Caltrans. Should a NEPA FONSI; NEPA EIS; or a CEQA EIR be required, this would require additional work to prepare and require a Change in Scope of Services and associated fees to the Consultant’s Base Agreement with Mendocino County (hereafter “base agreement”). As indicated by Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, the determination of the necessary NEPA document will be made by Caltrans after submittal of the CEQA Initial Study by the County.
