Develop Final Design Document. Contractor shall review with County’s Project Director the Design Document and the new business processes, and evaluate their feasibility. Based upon the review process, Contractor shall prepare a Final Design Document and submit it for written approval of County’s Project Director, which may be granted or withheld in his/her sole discretion. Any subsequent significant modifications to the Final Design Document shall require the prior written approval of Treasurer and Tax Collector, which may be granted or withheld in his sole discretion. Any subsequent modifications to the Final Design Document, which are not significant, shall require the prior written approval of County’s Project Director, which may be granted or withheld in his/her sole discretion. The determination of whether a subsequent modification is significant and requires the prior written approval of Treasurer and Tax Collector or is not significant and requires only the prior written approval of County’s Project Director shall be made by County’s Project Director in his/her sole judgment. This document shall provide the basis for implementation of new business processes and the set up of the Baseline Application Software and Baseline Application Modifications, without limitation, interfaces, hardware, and data conversion to meet the requirements of County.

These documents shall represent a further development of the approved design concept, providing additional detail and specificity regarding the intended design solution. Typically, all such documents shall be drawn to scale, indicating materials and assemblies, as appropriate, to convey the design intent and to illustrate the Project’s basic elements, scale and relationship to the Site. All major pieces of furniture and equipment to be fixed or supplied by the CM/GC shall be illustrated to scale. (See ASTM Standard Practice E 1804-02, August 2007, Sections 6.3, 8.2 and 8.3 for guidance on information which is generally developed in Schematic Design.)

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specification Document This Agreement shall be interpreted with reference to the MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document.

  • Final Design Phase A. After acceptance by Owner of the Preliminary Design Phase documents, revised opinion of probable Construction Cost as determined in the Preliminary Design Phase, and/or any other Right of Way plan documents, subject to any Owner-directed modifications or changes in the scope, extent, character, or design requirements of or for the Project, and upon written authorization from Owner, Engineer shall:

The DNDE Specification describes some elements as optional; Registry Operator will include those elements in the Deposits if they are available. If not already an RFC, Registry Operator will use the most recent draft version of the DNDE Specification available at the Effective Date. Registry Operator may at its election use newer versions of the DNDE Specification after the Effective Date. Once the DNDE Specification is published as an RFC, Registry Operator will implement that version of the DNDE Specification, no later than one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after. UTF-8 character encoding will be used.

  • Design Documents Prepare and submit the following documents to the DAS - Records Management Office with a copy of the transmittal letter submitted to the respective Project Manager:
