Common use of Developer’s License Clause in Contracts

Developer’s License. (DEV) is a license of a Web-based SOFTWARE PRODUCT that is delivered solely in connection with the Primary License of such SOFTWARE PRODUCT for the purposes of developing and testing your website built only with the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. Developer’s Licenses shall not be used for production purposes (i.e. a fully deployed website).
