Development Standards and Procedures. A. Engineering Services. Developer shall procure at its sole expense all engineering and landscaping services necessary and appropriate in conjunction with the development of the Property, which services shall fully conform to the City's applicable ordinances, standards and specifications. Professional services shall be performed by engineers, surveyors, architects or other professionals duly licensed by the State of South Dakota as may be appropriate.
