Difference in Cost. Allergan shall notify Contractor in writing of any proposed changes to the Master Batch Record, Master Packaging Record, or the Specifications and Contractor shall, within [***] of receipt of such notice, notify Allergan in writing whether and the extent to which its production costs for a specific Product will increase or decrease as a result of such revision. Any increase or decrease in Contractor’s production costs shall be supported by documentation in form and content reasonably satisfactory to Allergan. If Allergan elects to adopt the revision, the Production Fees will be increased or decreased by the amount of such additional or reduced production costs, and the related Product Schedules will be amended accordingly.
Difference in Cost. Praecis shall notify Oread in writing of any proposed revisions to the Master Batch Record, or the Specifications, and Oread shall, within thirty (30) days of receipt of such notice, notify Praecis in writing whether and the extent to which its production costs for the Product will increase or decrease as a result of such revision. Any increase or decrease in Oread's production costs shall be supported by documentation in form and content reasonably satisfactory to Praecis. If Praecis elects to adopt the revision, the Batch Production Fee will be increased or decreased by the amount of such additional or reduced production costs, and the related Schedules will be amended accordingly.
Difference in Cost. SuperGen shall notify ▇▇▇▇▇▇ in writing of any proposed revisions to the Master Production Record, test methods or the Specifications (the “Proposed Revisions”). To the extent the Proposed Revisions are greater than required under cGMP, SuperGen shall be responsible for costs incurred in implementing the Proposed Revisions. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall, within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of such notice, notify SuperGen in writing whether and the extent to which the foregoing Processing costs for the API will increase or decrease as a result of such Proposed Revisions (i.e., costs not related to the Facility or its maintenance as required by cGMP). Any proposed increase in ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ costs shall be supported by documentation and submitted to SuperGen for approval. If SuperGen elects to adopt the Proposed Revision, the then current Processing Fees and/or Stability Study Fee (as set forth in Schedule A) will be adjusted and the related schedules will be amended accordingly. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall not implement a Proposed Revision until SuperGen elects to adopt the Proposed Revision.

Related to Difference in Cost

  • Shift Differential A. Shift differential will be $.60 cents per hour. B. Employees eligible for shift differential are those whose work shift begins before 6:00 a.m. or ends on or after 7:00 p.m. and are scheduled by their supervisor for a total shift of at least six (6) hours in duration. This shift differential shall not apply to those employees who have requested and have been granted flexible work scheduling.

  • Bilingual Differential When formally assigned in the employee’s position description, an employee assigned to interpret to or from another language to English will receive a differential of five percent (5%) of base pay.

  • Cost of Living Adjustment For each year following the Initial Term, unless the parties shall otherwise agree and provided that the service mix and volumes remain consistent as previously provided in the Initial Term, the total fee for all services shall equal the fee that would be charged for the same services based on a fee rate (as reflected in a fee rate schedule) increased by the percentage increase for the twelve-month period of such previous calendar year of the CPI-W (defined below) or, in the event that publication of such index is terminated, any successor or substitute index, appropriately adjusted, acceptable to both parties. As used herein, “CPI-W” shall mean the Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (Area: Boston-Brockton-Nashua, MA-NH-ME-CT; Base Period: 1982-84=100), as published by the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics.

  • Estimated Number of Participating Households Approximately 6,460. This figure is based on loans with unpaid principal balances ranging from $200,000 to $400,000 with an average funding of $5,000.00.

  • Cost of Living Adjustments Effective December 1, 2021, Compensation Plan salary rates shall be increased by two and five tenths percent (2.5%) but not less than eighty-five dollars ($85) per month (prorated for part-time employees). Effective December 1, 2022, Compensation Plan salary rates shall be increased by three and one tenth percent (3.1%) but not less than one hundred dollars ($100) per month (prorated for part-time employees).
