Production Fees Sample Clauses
The Production Fees clause defines the payments required for the creation, development, or manufacturing of goods or services under an agreement. It typically outlines the amount, schedule, and method of payment for these fees, and may specify what costs are included, such as labor, materials, or overhead. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of the financial obligations related to production, helping to prevent disputes over payment and ensuring that production can proceed smoothly.
