Diligence Reporting Requirements. The Elected Product Agreement -------------------------------- shall provide that AHP shall keep Immunex reasonably informed of current development activities with respect to the Elected Product, by providing Immunex with a written annual report detailing the status of such development activities for the previous Calendar Year, and in general summarizing AHP's efforts and progress made towards commercialization of the Elected Product. Each annual report shall be submitted to Immunex within sixty (60) days after the conclusion of each applicable Calendar Year during the term of such Elected Product Agreement. Such annual reports shall be in a format mutually agreed upon by the Parties, and such reports shall include information listing any ongoing clinical trials as well as the regulatory filing status of the Elected Product.
