Direct Non-Salary Costs. Direct Non-Salary Costs will be reimbursed at the Actual Cost to the CONSULTANT. (excluding Meals, which are reimbursed at the per diem rates identified in this section) These charges may include, but are not limited to, the following items: travel, printing, long distance telephone, supplies, computer charges and fees of sub-consultants. Air or train travel will be reimbursed only to economy class levels unless otherwise approved by the AGENCY. The CONSULTANT shall comply with the rules and regulations regarding travel costs (excluding air, train, and rental car costs) in accordance with WSDOT’s Accounting Manual M 13-82, Chapter 10 – Travel Rules and Procedures, and revisions thereto.
