Common use of Directing Requests Clause in Contracts

Directing Requests. Written requests to initiate negotiations shall be made to the Superintendent or to the Local President, respectively. Such requests may only be submitted during the period of sixty (60) to one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the expiration of this Agreement.
