COMMITMENT TO BARGAINING. Employees engaged to work in classifications covered under the Award or the Federal Agreement will not be employed under any form of individual contract or agreement made pursuant to the Workplace Relations Xxx 0000, or the Industrial Relations Xxx 0000, as amended or superseded from time to time.
