Directing Requests. 1. Requests for meetings from the Local #357 President normally will be made directly to the Superintendent or his designated representative. Requests from the Superintendent or the Board by their representatives will be made directly to the President of Local #357. A mutually convenient meeting date shall be set within fifteen (15) days of the date of the request, but in no case will a meeting be set before April 1, 2017 and no later than May 1, 2017 to begin master agreement negotiations for the following year.
