DIRECTORS’ SERVICE CONTRACTS. There are no persons who are proposed to be appointed as a Director of the Company in connection with the proposed acquisition of the Sale Shares. Accordingly, no service contract is proposed to be entered into between the Company and any such person.
DIRECTORS’ SERVICE CONTRACTS. As at the date of this Announcement, no person is proposed to be appointed as a Director in connection with the Proposed Acquisition. Accordingly, as at the date of this Announcement, no service contract is proposed to be entered into between the Company and any such person in connection with the Proposed Acquisition.
DIRECTORS’ SERVICE CONTRACTS. No person is proposed to be appointed as a director of the Manager in connection with the proposed Acquisition, the Option Agreement, the Sale and Purchase Agreement or any other transaction contemplated in relation to the Acquisition.
DIRECTORS’ SERVICE CONTRACTS. No person is proposed to be appointed as director of the Company in connection with the Proposed Disposal. Accordingly, no service contract is proposed to be entered into between the Company and any such person.
DIRECTORS’ SERVICE CONTRACTS. No person is proposed to be appointed as a director of the REIT Manager in connection with the Proposed Transactions or any other transactions contemplated in relation to the Proposed Transactions.
DIRECTORS’ SERVICE CONTRACTS. There are currently no directors who are proposed to be appointed to the Company in connection with the Proposed Acquisition. However, it is envisaged that the Company may, upon Completion, enter into service contracts with nominees of the Vendors to be appointed to the Board. As such arrangements have not been firmed up as at the date of this announcement, the details if such arrangements (if any) will be disclosed in the circular to be despatched to shareholders in due course in connection with the Proposed Acquisition.
DIRECTORS’ SERVICE CONTRACTS. No person is proposed to be appointed as a director of the Company in connection with the JVA and the Proposed Investment. Accordingly, no service contract is proposed to be entered into between the Company and any such person.
DIRECTORS’ SERVICE CONTRACTS. No person is proposed to be appointed as a director of the Manager as a result of the Renewed Master Lease or any other transactions contemplated in relation to the Renewed Master Xxxxx. 1 Based on 3,276,546,639 Stapled Securities in issue in ART as at the date of this announcement.
DIRECTORS’ SERVICE CONTRACTS. Save for the IML Team which will be acquired by GenesisPro and the board appointments to the board of GenesisPro (as disclosed under section 4.3 (Shareholders’ Agreement)), no person is proposed to be appointed as a Director of the Company in connection with the Transactions, the Shareholders’ Agreement and/or the Call Options under the Call Option Deeds and accordingly, no service contracts in relation thereto will be entered into by the Company.
DIRECTORS’ SERVICE CONTRACTS. The Company does not intend to appoint any new director to the Company in connection with the exercise of the C360 Call Option on the Amended Terms. Accordingly, no service contract is proposed to be entered into between the Company and any such person.
