DIRECTORS’ SERVICE CONTRACTS. There are no persons who are proposed to be appointed as a Director of the Company in connection with the proposed acquisition of the Sale Shares. Accordingly, no service contract is proposed to be entered into between the Company and any such person.
DIRECTORS’ SERVICE CONTRACTS. No person is proposed to be appointed as a director of the Company in connection with the Proposed Disposal. Accordingly, no service contract is proposed to be entered into between the Company and any such person in connection with the Proposed Disposal.
DIRECTORS’ SERVICE CONTRACTS. As at the date of this Announcement, no person is proposed to be appointed as a Director in connection with the Proposed Acquisition. Accordingly, as at the date of this Announcement, no service contract is proposed to be entered into between the Company and any such person in connection with the Proposed Acquisition.
DIRECTORS’ SERVICE CONTRACTS. No person is proposed to be appointed as a director of the Manager in connection with the Acquisition, the Purchase Agreement or any other transaction contemplated in relation to the Acquisition.
DIRECTORS’ SERVICE CONTRACTS. No person is proposed to be appointed as a director of the REIT Manager or the BT Trustee- Manager as a result of the AMLAs, the RBAs or any other transactions contemplated in relation thereto.
DIRECTORS’ SERVICE CONTRACTS. There are currently no directors who are proposed to be appointed to the Company in connection with the Proposed Acquisition. However, it is envisaged that the Company, may, upon Completion, enter into service contracts with nominees of the Vendors to be appointed to the Board. As such arrangements have not been firmed up as at the date of this announcement, the details of such arrangements (if any) will be disclosed in the circular to be despatched to the shareholders in due course in connection with the Proposed Acquisition.
DIRECTORS’ SERVICE CONTRACTS. As at the Latest Practicable Date, none of the Directors had a service contract with the Company which is not determinable by the Company within one year without payment of compensation (other than statutory compensation).
DIRECTORS’ SERVICE CONTRACTS. As at the Latest Practicable Date, none of the Directors had entered or was proposing to enter into a service contract with any member of the Group (excluding contracts expiring or determinable by the employer within one year without payment of compensation (other than statutory compensation)).
DIRECTORS’ SERVICE CONTRACTS. No person is proposed to be appointed as a director of the Company in connection with the JVA and the Proposed Investment. Accordingly, no service contract is proposed to be entered into between the Company and any such person.
DIRECTORS’ SERVICE CONTRACTS.
