No Service Contract. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall confer upon the Grantee any right with respect to continuance of employment or service by the Company and its Subsidiaries, nor limit or affect in any manner the right of the Company and its Subsidiaries to terminate the employment or service of the Grantee or adjust the compensation of the Grantee.
No Service Contract. Nothing in this Agreement or in the Plan shall confer upon Optionee any right to be retained in the service of the Company, or to interfere in any way with the right of the Company at any time to discontinue using the services of the Optionee as an independent consultant or other capacity or to remove Optionee as a director.
No Service Contract. Except to the extent the terms of any written contract between the Company and Optionee may expressly provide otherwise, the Company (or any Parent or Subsidiary that Optionee provides Service) shall be under no obligation to continue the Service of Optionee for any period of specific duration and may terminate Optionee's Service at any time, with or without cause.
No Service Contract. Nothing in this Agreement or the Plan shall confer upon the Grantee any right to continue in the service of the Company as a director for any period of time, or interfere with or restrict in any way the rights of the Company’s stockholders to terminate the Grantee’s service as a director at any time for any reason whatsoever.
No Service Contract. The grant of the Option shall not confer upon the Holder any right to continue in Service for any period of specific duration or interfere with or otherwise restrict in any way the rights of the Company (or any Parent or Subsidiary employing
No Service Contract. No person is proposed to be appointed as a director of the Company in connection with the Convertible Loan. Accordingly, no service contract is proposed to be entered into between the Company and any such person.
