Directory Listing Service. RingCentral offers directory listing (the “Directory Listing Service”). If Customer subscribes to the Directory Listing Service, RingCentral will share certain Customer Contact Data with third parties as reasonably necessary to include in the phone directory (“Listing Information”). This information may include, but is not limited to, Customer’s company name, address, and phone numbers. Customer authorises RingCentral to use and disclose the Listing Information for the purpose of publishing in, and making publicly available through, third-party directory listing services, to be selected by RingCentral or third-party service providers in their sole discretion. Customer acknowledges and agrees that by subscribing to the Directory Listing Service, Customer’s Listing Information may enter the public domain and that RingCentral cannot control third parties’ use of such information obtained through the Directory Listing Service.

No Liability. RingCentral will have no responsibility or liability for any cost, damages, liabilities, or inconvenience caused by calls made to Customer’s telephone number; materials sent to Customer, inaccuracies, errors or omissions with Listing Information; or any other use of such information. RingCentral will not be liable to Customer for any use by third parties of Customer’s Listing Information obtained through the Directory Listing Service, including without limitation the use of such information after Customer has opted out of the Directory Listing Service.
Directory Listing Service. You acknowledge and agree that in such event that You subscribe to the Valley Electric/Valley Communications directory listing service, any and all information that You may provide in connection with foregoing subscription: (i) may be used or reproduced by, or disclosed to, third parties and otherwise made available to the public, (ii) Valley Electric/Valley Communications may not be able to remove, alter, update, or correct such information or listing, and (iii) You and End Users may receive calls, mailings, messages, and other communications from third parties as a result of Your participation in the Valley Electric/Valley Communications ‘ directory listing service. You represent and warrant that all information provided by You or any End User relating to any subscription to the Valley Electric/Valley Communications directory listing service shall be true, accurate, and current and that You shall immediately update any such information in the event that it becomes inaccurate or changes. You hereby authorize and grant Valley Electric/Valley Communications a worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to use, disclose, publish, transmit, or publicize, in any medium or technology now

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition. 13.2 If the Hosting of Customer Data by Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract contributes to or directly causes a Data Breach, Supplier shall be responsible for the obligations set forth in Appendix 1 related to breach reporting requirements and associated costs. Certified Targeted Group Businesses are listed in the Directory of Certified Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged and VET Vendors. MnDOT makes no representation as to any TGB’s technical or financial ability to perform the work. Prime contractors are solely responsible for performing due diligence in hiring TGB firms. A TGB’s failure to perform the work will not be considered justification for a compensation increase or time extension.

  • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are described in the SLA.

  • Other Directory Services 73.10.1 Both parties acknowledge that CenturyLink’s directory publisher is not a party to this Agreement and that the provisions contained in this Agreement are not binding upon CenturyLink’s directory publisher. 73.10.2 CenturyLink agrees to include critical contact information pertaining to CLEC in the “Information Pages” of those of its White Pages directories containing information pages, if CLEC meets criteria established by its directory publisher. Critical contact information includes CLEC’s business office number, repair number, billing information number, and any other information required to comply with applicable regulations, but not advertising or purely promotional material. CLEC will not be charged for inclusion of its critical contact information. The format, content and appearance of CLEC’s critical contact information must conform to applicable directory publisher’s guidelines and will be consistent with the format, content and appearance of critical contact information pertaining to all CLECs in a directory. 73.10.3 The directory publisher shall maintain full authority as publisher over its publishing policies, standards and practices, including decisions regarding directory coverage area, directory issue period, compilation, headings, covers, design, content or format of directories, and directory advertising sales.
