In the event a bargaining unit member suffers a disability arising out of or in the course of his/her employment, the Employer shall assist the bargaining unit member in securing Worker’s Compensation Benefits. All other rights and benefits of the labor agreement shall continue and accrue as if the bargaining unit member was actively employed.
