(including employee’s inability to work, as certified by a doctor, due to being pregnant or giving birth) All Familial relationships noted in Level 1 above, plus the following: Employee’s: • Adult Children Spouse or Cohabiter’s: • Parents • Step Parents • Adult Children Level 3: Illness and Injury All Familial relationships noted in Levels 1 and 2 above, plus the following: Employee’s: • Siblings (usage may be limited per MN Statute 181.9413) • Grandparents (usage may be limited per MN Statute 181.9413) • Grandchildren (non-dependent)
