Common use of Disagree with Evaluations Clause in Contracts

Disagree with Evaluations. A bargaining unit employee who disagrees with the evaluation may file a written response and/or request a meeting to review the evaluation with the respective College President or Vice Chancellor, Human Resources. Employees in the District Office may appeal to the Executive Vice Chancellor or the Vice Chancellor, Human Resources. If a response is not provided in writing to the employee and CSEA within thirty (30) calendar days, the appeal will be deemed accepted and any changes to the evaluation requested by the employee will be honored.
